The Role

  • Perform assigned IT daily operations in regard to hardware and software
  • Utilize IT security rules & regulations, data backup and providing support to end users as per IT standards, policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be active on a day-to-day basis. They will be able to conduct and progress different DOOH innovation and solutions to determine multiple factors. They should be comfortable evaluating the procedures of all the screens, supervision and work to critique and improve its outcomes. 


  • Technical expertise with regards to LED Screens due diligence, selection, purchase and costing.
  • Installation project Management supervision.
  • Vendor evaluation, price point and technical proposal evaluation and price negotiation.
  • Establishing budget for Screen maintenance, standardization, current and future requirements.
  • Implement a spare parts management system and consolidate all spare parts from and with previous installation contractors.
  • Weekly site visits to minimum 35 Locations over the whole period of the agreement to evaluate screens condition and present status follow up-up reports, with requirement if any and carry out maintenance.
  • Act as focal point between Company and suppliers.
  • Act as focal point between Company and third-party clients.
  • Cross sell screens hardware and similar technologies for new clients where possible under the name of the company.


  • Bachelor degree or Technical Diploma
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in DOOH (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Business writing skills
  • LED Technical skills

 The Role

  • Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Have a very good grasp over the digital media spectrum in Kuwait and in general.
  • Should be able to analyze, monitor and grow the monthly sales through the digital media channels.
  • Should be well versed with reporting and presenting using tools like PowerPoint, Google Data Studio etc.
  • Should be presentable and extrovert to conduct weekly meetings with the client, follow up and close deals to meet the monthly/yearly sales targets.
  • Should cross sell and up sell the digital products and should prepare the media plans with the team.
  • Should have a fair knowledge of Ads Platforms like Google, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
  • Work closely with finance to understand the cash flows and pending invoice payments.
  • Person should be outgoing and should prospect the client in the market and set up meetings and close the deal.

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • 3-4 Years experience in Digital Marketing/Sales or similar area of work.
  • Should hold Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Similar field.
  • Should be a Fluent Arabic Speaker.
