Key responsibilities:

  • Plans concept by studying information and materials.
  • Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software.
  • illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style.
  • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts.
  • Collaborating with art directors, branding experts, front end developers, marketing, content and other professionals to create media.

  • Ensure synchronization of frames and audio.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in agency /media/events
  • Minimum 2 years in the same position

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with operations team regarding active operations.
  • Ensure receiving all pictures from company’s photographer that are related to new campaigns and share it with responsible Sales Managers.
  • Obtain weekly site visits and prepare report with company’s elements status and existing ads.
  • Ensure being on site while installation of any tools.


Skills set required:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform indoor & outdoor tasks.

 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.

  • Conducting market research and analyzing customer data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop product positioning and messaging.
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and videos.
  • Planning and executing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to inform marketing strategies.
  • Developing and executing social media strategies, including content creation and community management.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to inform and optimize social media strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Improving the company's CRM system by working with the technology team to identify and resolve issues, and implementing new features and functionality
  • Supporting internal communication by helping to draft and distribute internal announcements related to Marketing and employee’s engagement.
  • Act like a traffic manager for designers work and coordinate the tasks received from all group.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and public relations plans to increase brand awareness, drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the production of all marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and website content.
  • Lead and manage the planning, execution and measurement of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales support tools and materials.
  • Coordinate and manage external agency relationships as required.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and executing social media campaigns.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.

  • Split budgets within the total ad campaign budget.
  • Create reports for on-going and finished campaigns.
  • Act as the point of contact for various channels within the digital vertical.
  • Manage multiple UIs for campaigns trafficked.
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure the best ROI for the clients.
  • Reach out to external agencies and ad companies.
  • Ensure the KPIs are met for the campaigns.
  • Design internal graphics as required.
  • Edit, re-work and finalize creatives shared by the clients, when needed.
